Transform Your Home With Complete Project Management

Whole-home remodels, single-room renovations, and additions for Cedar City and Iron County homeowners — managed end-to-end so your timeline never depends on five different subcontractors.

The Challenge

Most remodels stall in the gaps between trades

Drywall waits on framing. Framing waits on electrical. Electrical waits on inspections. The average homeowner-managed remodel runs 40–60% over schedule because nobody owns the handoffs. We've seen kitchens drag for nine months that should have taken eight weeks. The cause is rarely workmanship — it's coordination.
Our Approach

One contractor. Every trade. Locked schedule.

A to Z runs your remodel under a single project manager who owns the schedule from demolition through final walkthrough. Our in-house crews handle concrete, framing, and finish work; our long-standing trade partners (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) hold reserved slots on our calendar so the next phase starts the day the last one finishes.
  • Detailed written scope and fixed-price contract before demo day
  • Single point of contact — text, call, or email one person
  • Weekly progress photos and budget reconciliation
  • All permits, engineering, and inspections handled in-house
  • Daily on-site cleanup so your home stays livable

Project Spotlight

Full kitchen + structural wall removal — Enoch, UT

A 1980s Enoch home with a closed-off galley kitchen. The owners wanted an open-concept layout, which required removing a 14-foot load-bearing wall, installing a steel beam, rerouting HVAC, and pouring a new polished concrete floor. We completed engineering, demo, structural work, electrical rough-in, cabinets, countertops, and final inspection in 11 weeks. The family stayed in the home throughout.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

Q.Do you handle both interior and exterior remodels?

Yes. A to Z covers everything from kitchen and bath gut-renovations to siding, decks, roofing replacement, and structural work. One contractor, one schedule, one bill.

Q.Will I be able to live in my home during the remodel?

For most interior remodels we can phase the work so you keep at least one bathroom and kitchen functional. For larger structural projects we'll walk you through what to expect and when temporary accommodations might be smart.

Q.Do you pull permits and coordinate inspections?

Always. As a licensed B-100 general contractor in Utah we handle Iron County permitting, engineering review when needed, and every required inspection.

Q.How long does a typical remodel take?

A single-room update (bath, laundry) is often 2–4 weeks. A full kitchen runs 6–10 weeks. Whole-home or structural projects vary, but you'll get a written schedule with milestones before we start.
