Function First. Aesthetics Second. Both Always.

Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, and custom built-ins for Iron County homeowners — optimized for how you actually live, not just how it photographs.

The Challenge

Pretty kitchens that don't work

The internet is full of stunning remodels that fall apart in practice — islands too narrow for prep work, ranges with no landing zone, bathrooms with no place to set a towel. A good interior remodel solves real problems first; the "wow" comes from craftsmanship and proportion, not from chasing a trend that will look dated in three years.
Our Approach

Space planning before pretty pictures

Every A to Z interior remodel starts with a walk-through where we ask how you actually use the space — who cooks, who hosts, where the kids drop their stuff. Then we sketch layouts that solve those problems, and only then do we pick finishes. The result is a remodel that still feels right five years later.
  • On-site measure and 2D layout sketches included with every estimate
  • Material and finish selection guidance — or work from your designer
  • In-house polished concrete, framing, and finish carpentry
  • Tile, hardwood, LVP, and engineered stone install
  • Dust containment with zip walls — your living areas stay livable

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

Q.How long does a kitchen remodel actually take?

A standard kitchen with existing footprint and stock cabinets runs 6–8 weeks. Custom cabinetry pushes that to 10–12. Layout changes that move plumbing or remove walls add 2–3 weeks. We commit to a written schedule before demo.

Q.Can you do polished concrete floors?

Yes — it's one of our specialties. We can polish an existing slab or pour a new overlay. Polished concrete is durable, low-maintenance, and pairs well with radiant heat.

Q.Do you handle the design or just the build?

We do both. We offer in-house space planning and material selection assistance, or we'll work from your interior designer's drawings.

Q.Will my bathroom be usable during a remodel?

If it's your only bath, we phase the work to keep a working toilet and shower available for as long as possible. For master en-suite remodels with a second bathroom, we shut the project bath down completely.
